Where are you based?
We're based in Singapore. Our production is based in Vietnam.
How long will it take to get my order?
We're excited for you to receive your totes. We aim to ship your parcel within 1-3 working days. After which, it'll take 1-3 working days to arrive at your doorstep (subject to delays). Note that the above are best estimates and may vary depending on festive periods.
For international orders, it depends on your selected shipment method and where you live.
How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once the order is placed, you can’t cancel the order. If there is anything that we can help or you want to adjust any information, please contact us via email butterclub.contact@gmail.com
What if I receive the wrong product or faulty items?
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Do kindly email to us at butterclub.contact@gmail.com with a snapshot of the defect and a detailed description, our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I return my product?
If you change your mind within 10 days of receiving your bag, we're happy to help.
Please do not cut off the tag and ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging in order for the refund to be processed. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless in the case of defects.
What if I need to change my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact us right away.
